Welcome to Mardi Gras Blackpool. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A valid payment method is required to confirm any reservation. Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
2. Age Restriction
Mardi Gras Blackpool is an adults-only venue (18+). All guests must provide valid photo ID upon check-in. We reserve the right to refuse entry or accommodation to anyone under 18 years of age.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
4. Guest Conduct
We expect all guests to treat staff and other guests with respect. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
5. Liability
Mardi Gras Blackpool accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Cancellation Policy
Room Bookings
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations made 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
Event Tickets
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund
- Transferable: Event tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
Exceptional Circumstances
We reserve the right to offer full refunds or alternative dates in the case of cancellations initiated by Mardi Gras Blackpool (e.g., event cancellation, unforeseen circumstances).
House Rules
Mardi Gras Blackpool is a safe, inclusive, adults-only venue. To ensure all guests have a fantastic experience, we ask that you respect the following house rules.
Age Policy
This is a strictly 18+ venue. Valid photo ID is required at check-in and may be requested at the bar.
Inclusivity
Mardi Gras Blackpool is an LGBTQ+ safe space. Discrimination of any kind — including but not limited to homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, or ableism — will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
Noise
Please be considerate of other guests, particularly between 11pm and 8am in hotel corridors and rooms.
Smoking
All indoor areas are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outside. E-cigarettes and vapes are permitted only in designated areas.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property. Charges will be applied to your payment method on file.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 3pm. Check-out by 11am. Late checkout available on request (additional charges may apply).
Events
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to events. Capacity limits are strictly enforced for safety.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted (assistance animals excepted with prior notice).
