Delete your account & data
You have the right to permanently delete your Mardi Gras account and the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Mardi Gras app:
- Sign in to the app.
- Open Account → Profile.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This immediately removes your account, profile, loyalty data, and personal content. Some records (such as booking and tax records) may be retained where we are legally required to do so.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
You can also request deletion by emailing us. If your account is linked via Facebook, Google, or Sign in with Apple and you can no longer sign in, use the form below or email us directly.
